[R-jobs] Use DoE.base and AlgDesign to Produce Choice-Based Conjoint Questionnaire Design

I am a Director of Market Research in Los Angeles. I am seeking an R statistician to work with in order to design the questionnaire for a choice-based conjoint study. 

There will be approximately 20 attributes, each of which has 2-5 levels. I want to show each respondent no more than 5 attributes at a time.  I understand that an appropriate questionnaire design for use with R can be produced using DoE.base and the OptBlock function in AlgDesign. 

Deliverables will include the R scripts used to produce the questionnaire design.
