R-1.7.0 updated

http://gifi.stat.ucla.edu/pub

has a new R-1.7.0.dmg.gz. It can be unpacked anywhere, and it asks where
you want it to install. Normally, you want it in the root of your 
filesystem, where it
will create sw and usr/local (if they are not there already).

This has ncurses and tcl/tk stuff missing from the previous package. 
The tcltk
and tkrplot packages now work (if your X-server is running).
