R.app GUI 1.40 predictably and repeatably freezing PPC ONLY

Hi,

I'm working on Platform: powerpc-apple-darwin9.8.0/ppc (32-bit) and  
I'm facing this problem too. I reconstructed the problem even with the  
newest 2.14.0 version. Terminal worked fine, but GUI 1.41 didn't.

GUI 1.36 (5691) - coming with 2.12.2 - works for me fine.

I hope someone can fix this!
