Back to Helvetica?

Hi,

Is there a way to set the quartz font back to Helvetica as it was  
prior to 2.7? I've tried:

quartz(family="Helvetica")

and

par(family="Helvetica")
quartz()

...but I still get Arial. Also, the docs still say that Helvetica is  
the default.

A second issue I've found is that when you copy a quartz window (i.e.,  
cmd-c), it will erase the window. Resizing it will redraw it, but I  
suspect it's not meant to be erased.
