Unable to reproduce while running 2.9.1 under MacOS X 10.5.7. Just  
installed the binary from CRAN and it loads without complaint or  
warnings. Are your sure you have your Package Installer pointed at the  
correct repository? I use http://lib.stat.cmu.edu/R/CRAN/
