make font size bigger/smaller in help view

Hi there,

To make the font size bigger/smaller in help view, you can connect "makeTextLarger" and "makeTextSmaller" actions of WebView of HelpView (MainMenu.nib) to menu->Format->Font->Bigger/Smaller, then you can use key "cmd +" and "cmd -" to change font size of help view. Hope this can be added to official release. And better to provide a preference option to control the help view font, since the default is really small on current mac machines.
