new contrib packages released

In tandem with Jean Thioulouse,

we are trying to "fill" the macos/contrib directory on CRAN in order to 
have the maximum number of available packages. So have a look 
periodically in that folder when you need some package for the Carbon 
version of R.

Jean will hopefully became the new "official" package maintainer for 
release 1.5 of R.
