Subject: rJava: configure error: One or more JNI types differ from the corresponding native type
In-Reply-To: <CAM3-KjaTxeBXFpBg136vPHtOXA3P_Vt6UG720D5Qr8YzeCENFA@mail.gmail.com>
0.9-8 solves the problem with environmental variables but I now get
checking whether JRI should be compiled (autodetect)... yes
./configure: line 3816: syntax error near unexpected token `WANT_JRI,'
./configure: line 3816: `AM_CONDITIONAL(WANT_JRI, test "x${want_jri}" =
yes)'
ERROR: configuration failed for package 'rJava'
Thanks -- Jan
