Downloading/Compiling BioConductor with R-1.7.1
Sylvain, RAqua is a built of R-devel, which will be R-1.8.0 in sept 2003. Don't use RAqua (which a preliminary beta) to do serious stuff untill it will become an official/tested port of R. I have made Carbon R 1.7.1 and BioC 1.2. Thery are on CRAN and you can use them if you need this version of R. Otherwise you can download Darwin/X11 build of R-1.7.1 from Jan's site (you can reach the download page from CRAN as well). stefano
