R.app ''crashing'' when trying to install bioconductor packages

Federico, R.app doesn't crash (you would get a crash report), it simply waits for the install to finish. There is no output and R.app cannot react until the installation has finished. BioC server can have very slow downloads so particularly for larger packages it can take a long time to install. Cheers, Simon
