R not building on latest trunk version?

Hi,

the https://r.research.att.com/mavericks/R-devel/R-devel-mavericks-signed.pkg <https://r.research.att.com/mavericks/R-devel/R-devel-mavericks-signed.pkg> package is missing, which breaks github travis builds for R packages.
Maybe the latest trunk version has a problem on Mac OS, or there is another problem during the build?
