The postflight installation script breaks it. This has been reported: you need either to install from the sources or wait for tomorrow.

From the command line, I get: $ which R /usr/bin/R $ R /usr/bin/R: line 236: /Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Resources/etc/x86_64/ldpaths: No such file or directory $ /Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Resources/bin/R64 /Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Resources/bin/R64: line 236: /Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Resources/etc/x86_64/ldpaths: No such file or directory $ ls /Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Resources/etc/ Renviron javaconf ldpaths repositories So indeed, the directory is missing. I am running the latest version of OSX, 10.8.3 (12D78). What's the "right" way to fix this? Thanks, Richard
