What's up with R.research.att.com?

I haven't been able to reach R.research.att.com for quite some days.
What's up?

Internal relocation operation at ATT, coinciding unfortunately with Simon's traveling. Servers have been moving to different networks with associated DNS and other issues. It should fall into place eventually. (Don't forget that it is barely Tuesday morning in the US now.)
