I am using package odesolve to solve a system of ode's. For this I define a function in C that is called from the lsoda function in odesolve. With a large system I occasionally get the following warning if I run it in the debugger: "kCGErrorFailure : CGGStackRestore: gstack underflow " Can someone help me with the meaning of this warning and what to do about it? Its due, I think, to the Core Graphics state stack being popped more times than it was saved. Its probably unrelated to you or R. (IIRC some versions of DesktopManager caused this warning to be sent.)
