Just got a powerbook g4 and trying to load R. Have X10.4.1 when I download R-@.1.0a.dmg I get the message Mounting failed" message in downloads. anyone seen this before? Searched the archives but couldnt find

Jonathan, Few other folks did run into it as well. Try selecting another mirror and download it again. Which mirrow are you using right now? I know Berkeley works. Rob
