I cannot reproduce the Save As dialog box problem, but the extension problem is now fixed (in 3114, try today's nightly build).
Also two other smaller issues: Selecting Help -> What's New in This Version? produces nothing.
Fixed in 3114 as well - thanks for spotting this one (it also affected file.show if the file was not in UTF-8 encoding).
And the icon for "Editor" in the Preferences dialog box is missing.
This is fixed in the 3112 already (also available from CRAN).
I'm using R Cocoa GUI 1.15 (3106) for R 2.3.0, with Mac OS X 10.4.6.
Note to all: it is highly recommended to update at least to revision 3112 (available from CRAN), because of the important bugfix discussed here earlier (startup etc.). Using nightly builds usually doesn't hurt, either. Cheers, Simon
