Hi, Just a quick bug report. Open an R editor with some text and make that the front window. Search for a string. The string is found as expected, but the console window takes focus and becomes the front window. Cheers, Demitri

Which version are you using? I just tried this in R 2.6.1, R.app 1.22-devel (4859), and didn't see it. Duncan Murdoch

Sorry, I didn't include any actual *relevant* information, my bad. Rookie mistake. :) When I wrote the email, I noticed that I still had 2.6.0 installed, so I updated to the latest: R version 2.6.1 (2007-11-26) I'm in the habit of downloading the nightly releases for the GUI (not nightly, but occasionally). I'm currently running: R GUI 1.23-devel (4903) (4903) and I still see the issue. Cheers, Demitri
