Jeff, Perhaps you have a gfortan lurking around from Xcode 3.1. ?You'll need to replace that w/ the version from CRAN. Issues related to Snow Leopard have cropped up a bit on the list the last couple weeks. ?It might be worthwhile to look for some of Simon Urbanks message over the last month or so. ?He provided some detailed step by steps for making sure your system has the right tools.
