Trouble installing BMA package

To whom it may concern,

I am unable to install BMA (not BaM).  am using the MAC OS Lion with R version is R2.13. I am using a Washington state mirror ( 82: USA (WA 1) )
I have also tried:
83: USA (WA 2)
70: USA (CA 1)
29: Germany (Berlin)
without any success.

Please use the CRAN master site (cran.r-project.org) to avoid mirror issues. Alternatively you can use the canonical Mac binary source site which is http://r.research.att.com

What is interesting to me is that nothing is downloaded when I call install.packages for BMA. Other packages install without a problem. Also, when I try to download the binary or source using a web browser nothing happens and the page just stalls. Below is the call and the error returned.
