R 4.1.0 macOS release update

For those impatient, the R 4.1.0 releases are available from the base (Intel) and big-sur-arm64/base (arm64) directories (use https://mac.R-project.org/bin/macosx/ to avoid mirror delays):

However, the package re-builds based on the releases are not yet finished therefore I have decided not to link the releases from the main page yet as users are likely to want to install packages and may forget to re-install them in a day or so to get the released packages. The package binaries should be available likely in the next 24h at which point the main page will be updated.
