Problem with R, "no font could be found for family "arial""

Hi, I need help! I was doing a boxplot with RStudio on my Mac, and the
graph showed not text. In the warnings it said: "no font could be found for
family "arial". My Mac version is OS X El Capitan 10.11.1. What do I need
to do in order to fix this?
