R binary icon

Ops, I forgot to mention...

Thanks to Martin Theus (who provided it) I have changed the icon of the 
R binary (Carbon R). It is a bit smaller than needed but we are working 
on it.

Btw, OSX user using magnifying dock should enjoy it.
