Hello, Several of my posts to R-SIG-Mac have not been forwarded to the list, yet have turned up in the archives with the message: "An embedded and charset-unspecified text was scrubbed...". I tried changing my Gmail settings for outgoing email from "use default text format" to "use UTF-8 unicode", but this didn't change anything. Any ideas?
From the looks of it:
[[alternative HTML version deleted]]
You are not sending your mails as plain text. I suspect that if you configure gmail to send as plain test (which, btw, I believe is a common suggested across all R-* lists), then all will be Feng Shui -steve

Thanks Steve, This is being sent in plain text mode... On Fri, Nov 15, 2013 at 5:25 PM, Steve Lianoglou

If that solved the problem then by al means continue sending plain text. It will make it easier for readers to view it in the archives without having to click through. It is definitely the preferred format. But do understand that both massages made it through to the list. -- David.
