print panel bug in GUI?

I am using Version 1.16 (3198).

When I click print in "File" menu, a print panel shows up and a  
"Print" item appears in "Windows" menu. Then, when I use either  
"Cancel" or "Print" to close the panel, the "Print" item persists in  
"Windows" menu. So if I print 10 times, there will be 10 "Print" items  
in "Windows" menu.

Now, if I choose one of those bogus "Print" items, an item panel shows  
up. However, none of its buttons responses to my clicking.
