[R-meta] How to use superscript in the forest plot (package 'meta')?

Hi,

I just added a new function labels.meta() to the development version of 
meta (see https://github.com/guido-s/meta).

This function can be used to create JAMA or Lancet labels for forest 
plots and replaces JAMAlabels(); see output of example(labels.meta) .
