[R-meta] Need suggestion on forest plot results

Dear All!
I need help for output result in HR values. The problem is that there is
minor change (in decimals) in actual values in HR and CIs, although I put
correct values in the codes.

Any suggestion Or I can send my codes to someone  who would like to help me.
