As I said, I do not think you can. Perhaps carry out separate analyses 
for each combination of outcome type and measurement technique.

Dear Martin

Nobody seems to have replied yet a far as I can see. My take on this is
that with that variety of measurement methods and units you will not be
able to synthesise all those studies.
