[R-meta] Predictive interval in MA with less than 10 studies

Thanks Wolfgang, that's help a lot, now I understand more clearly the 
construction. There's is two distribution assumptions the one for the 
RE, and the one used for the construction of the PI. Both assumptions 
influence the PI robustness. The RE assumption will affect tau^2 (which 
is used for the PI).
