assumptions of discrete time survival analysis

Dear?Professors

 I would greatly appreciate if you could let me know how to test the following assumptions when performing a discrete time survival analysis (using lme4).

 1- linear additivity assumption

 2- proportionality assumption

 3- no observed heterogeneity assumption (LR test)
