Convergence problem example

Changing the optimizer seems to address the convergence warnings and has
no impact on the other aspects of the fit:
Generalized linear mixed model fit by maximum likelihood (Adaptive
  Gauss-Hermite Quadrature, nAGQ = 30) [glmerMod]

Formula: fscr ~ lncfs + ai + heifer + (1 | cow)
