Warning message in glmmADMB
Dear Moshi, just rearrange the tested models (as it is stated in the warning), e.g.: anova(m2,m1) and the warning should go away. It's only that the warning informs you about the changed order of the models listed by the anova-result with the smaller model (less df) being listed first. Is it the version that I'm using? I'm using this glmmADMB model for my zeroinflated and poisson data. If it is not the appropriate model because of this warning, could you please suggest me an alternative model (e.g. MCMCglmm)?
