Hi all I?m fitting a model where the response variable is Flowering (0, the plant didn?t flower; 1, the plant did flower). I?m using glmer with a binomial distribution. I?m trying to obtain the significance of fixed factors. I?ve tried lmerTest:anova and car:Anova but neither seem to provide p-values. Is there a way to do this?
