Has anyone created R data sets from the data used in the examples and the exercise of Walter Stroup's book "Generalized Linear Mixed Models: Modern Concepts, Methods and Applications" (CRC Press, 2013)? I did get the SAS code from the publisher's web site and can scrape the data from there and create .rda or .rds files (or maybe .feather files - see https://github.com/wesm/feather). However, if someone has already done so I would appreciate getting the data.
