obtaining unconditional vcov matrix

Hi,

I wonder what is the recommended way (if any) to get the unconditional
vcov matrix [(Z Sigma Z' + I)s2] for a LMM obtained through ML with
lme4::lmer().

I'd very much appreciate if anyone could point me to the right direction.
