Hi,
i am looking for literature (ebook, howto, websites..) that explains how
to make best effort out of R in physics.

I found a lot of documentation about R in finance, and biology but the
commands one needs in these subjects are very different.

In physics the focus is on plot, fit, calculation of errbars, writing TeX
in the plots, using sweave, and so on.

Thank you for hints.

Did you check the CRAN Task Views [1]? There are some (ChemPhys,
