[Rcpp-devel] Doxygen!

Extra brownie points for you for using Doxygen markup in RcppXPtr.h --
awesome.  

For symmetry, shall we split off 'code' (ie function bodies) into
RcppXPtr.cpp?   No string views but I like the headers short and just as
interface descriptions.  [ Can you tell that the first language thrown at me
in Karlsruhe was the then-very-fresh-and-new Modula2 ? ;-) ]
