Subject: [Rcpp-devel] [ANN] RcppArmadillo 0.2.16
Conrad released Armadillo 1.1.8 earlier this week with a few nice new
features. The corresponding new RcppArmadillo version is now on CRAN and
already built for Windows too. The NEWS entry is below.
