In your first message you said you were running Rcpp 0.10.3 whereas this
output says you are running Rcpp 0.10.2. That seems a likely culprit.
Sometimes there are DLL permission problems associated with updating Rcpp
(or any package with shared libraries). In the most recent versions of
RStudio v0.97 we do a lot to prevent these problems -- if you aren't
running the very latest RStudio maybe update an try re-installing Rcpp
again?
