[Rcpp-devel] RcppArmadillo: Linking to OpenBLAS under Windows

If I have compiled my installation of R linking to OpenBLAS so that
Rblas.dll is fast and not reference, if I install RcppArmadillo from
source, will it take advantage of that Fast Blas?
