[Rcpp-devel] Student project: Rcpp wrapper for proteowizard Mass Spectrometry C++ library

Hi,

one of the projects using Rcpp is the Bioconductor package mzR
(http://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/mzR.html)

which is currently a thin wrapper around a subset 
of the information available in an mzML raw data file.

I'd be happy to mentor anyone who'd like to expand 
this coverage to provide a more complete binding  
of the C++ library http://sf.net/projects/proteowizard/

I hope this doesn't count as too much noise on the list.
