Thanks for the reply. I agreed with you that it might be related with the BiocInstaller version. I used: biocLite("BiocUpgrade"); And chose "y" to upgrade all the packages. Then biocLite("KEGGprofile") in BiocInstaller 1.8.3 works for me...
