[Bioc-devel] Error for voom() in limma package
This mailing list is for discussions about package development, not bug reports. If you really think you have found a bug in voom (you probably haven't), submit a self-contained example that produces the error on https://support.bioconductor.org, or better yet, send it to Gordon Smyth directly. You can find his email by doing packageDescription("limma")$Main On Tue, Jun 18, 2019 at 11:58 AM Lan Huong Nguyen <lanhuong at stanford.edu> wrote:
Hi,
I am having an issue with running voom function. I believe it is caused be
the line 73 in the voom.R file.
f <- approxfun(l, rule = 2, ties = list("ordered", mean))
The third argument causes the following error:
Error in get(as.character(FUN), mode = "function", envir = envir) :
object 'ties' of mode 'function' was not found
Please let me know how the issue can be addressed.
Best,
Lan
