Hello,

I need to get access to the CoGAPS package on Bioconductor to make changes to the license prior to the next update. The current maintainer, Elana, is on maternity leave. Due to her scarce availability, I want to make the process smooth on her end by getting a list of the necessary information she will need to provide.

What is the necessary contact information she should include when requesting to add me as a maintainer? Also, will adding me as a maintainer grant me access to the package in the Bioconductor repository and BioCredientials app so that I can push changes?
