[Bioc-devel] gzeof

I'm attempting to get oligo to work without the configure/Makevars pair.

It currently builds and checks okay (I see the warning, which is not
relevant for the current issue) on petty, but fails on the other
machines as it can't find gzeof...

Any thoughts?
