[Bioc-devel] New maintainer for BASiCS

Hi,

I've added Allan to have access to the package BASiCS. It is up to you to update the maintainer record on the DESCRIPTION file of the package, this is not something Bioconductor does for you.

Remember there can only be 1 active maintainer of the package listed in the DESCRIPTION file, but there can be multiple authors.
