[Bioc-devel] gzeof

I'm attempting to get oligo to work without the configure/Makevars pair.

It currently builds and checks okay (I see the warning, which is not
relevant for the current issue) on petty, but fails on the other
machines as it can't find gzeof...

Last night I checked in a fix for this which uses Makevars (not configure).
It should build OK in tonight's build.

Hi Dan,

thank you very much!

Now, as long as I ensure affyio is installed on both i386 and x86_64,
oligo will install on both (from the source) automagically.
