I don't get this under R.2.12.x. ?The size of the tar.gz file is under
600K. ?What causes this or if its too hard to tell from the message
how can I investigate it further?
Also I am using Windows Vista; however, I just found that by upgrading to the latest Rtools the problem disappears.
