Rmpi instlation problem (PR#8846)

Basic information is missing here, but this looks like a x86_64 version of Linux. The message here is very clear: the error is in /usr/local/lib/libmpi.a. This issue is discussed in the R-admin manual, so please consult it. You need to re-build your installation of MPI as the message suggests.
