lme4 1.0

Hi Ben,

Has  lme4 1.0 been submitted to CRAN, or are is there some final tweaking going on?  Also, am I correct in assuming the lme4 ref.manual.pdf  will be updated to 1.0 when 1.0 becomes available?  Thanks.
